Josh founded VTS to provide thoughtful technology help for people and smaller organizations that may not have a technical specialist on hand.
His background includes a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and several years of professional software-engineering, systems, production-support, and IT-related experience. He also brings hands-on experience with computers, PC hardware, networking, software, troubleshooting, and technology systems.
The goal is not to make every problem sound complicated. It is to understand what is actually happening, explain useful options in normal language, and agree on realistic expectations before work begins.
