Valentino Technology Solutions is a founder-led technology-services business based in DeKalb, Illinois. It exists to make capable, practical technical help easier to understand and easier to ask for.

Josh Valentino, founder of Valentino Technology Solutions

Josh founded VTS to provide thoughtful technology help for people and smaller organizations that may not have a technical specialist on hand.

Josh brings over a decade of hands-on experience with computers, PC hardware, troubleshooting, and technology systems. He also has several years of professional experience in software engineering, systems, and production support. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has earned technical certifications.

The goal is not to make every problem sound complicated. It is to understand what is actually happening, explain useful options in normal language, and agree on realistic expectations before work begins.

Based in DeKalb, VTS offers onsite service throughout DeKalb County and into the western Chicago suburbs. Longer-distance projects may be considered depending on scope. Remote support is also available for appropriate software, configuration, and troubleshooting needs.
